Rachel Dymond
Rachel has worked as a management trainer and executive coach for sixteen years and is a senior member of the AXIS team. Earlier in her career, Rachel worked as the Training & Development Manager at Woolworth where she was responsible for training and development provision across the UK. Within AXIS, Rachel heads up many of our executive coaching assignments and senior management team development workshops.
Rachel is a member of the IPD and a member of the Association of Management Education and the British Association of Counselling.
