Philip Robinson
Philip has a background in facilitation and acting. In this latter capacity he heads up our team of six roleplay actors who form the backbone of our interpersonal skills programmes.
Whenever roleplay forms a part of our delivery, Philip works closely with the client to understand the true values and beliefs which underpin its culture. From this point, powerful scripts and scenarios can be developed which allow individuals to practice and hone their interpersonal skills in a safe but challenging environment.
