Paul Hooper
Paul has a degree in Business Management and commercial experience in the IT industry; concentrating on business systems analysis. Realising that systems are only as good as the people working within them, he has now built up over twenty years experience as a facilitator and personal development specialist.
Whilst working with AXIS over the past decade, Paul has contributed his considerable enthusiasm, creativity and personal commitment to our outdoor development programmes, both in the UK and Europe. Clients over this time have been from both the private and public sector and include PwC, Highways Agency and the RDA.
Paul is always curious to discover what limits our potential and keen to recognise the choices before us. He is an accredited MBTI practitioner and Director of a Community Interest Company focussing on leadership, communication and self respect amongst young people.
