Jani Marok
Jani's career background is the Royal Marines where he spent 21 years leading teams across the globe. In his final appointment he led a workforce of almost 1,000 civilian and military personnel as the Commanding Officer of the Commando Training Centre in Devon. Since leaving the Royal Marines in 2008, Jani has worked as a leadership consultant and executive coach, across all sectors, including the not-for-profit sector where he was co-founder and Chief Executive of the C Group, a business network charity.
Most recently Jani has been appointed as Director of Leadership Development for the British Olympic Association, responsible for developing leadership and high performing teams within Team GB. Within Axis Consulting, Jani helps individuals translate this focus and passion into their own business experience.
Jani has Bachelors and Masters degrees and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
