Gillie Stoneham
Gillie has a background as a speech and language therapist and lecturer in human communication and now runs our partner organisation Actor Factor. In this latter capacity she heads up a team of six roleplay actor-facilitators who form the backbone of our interpersonal skills programmes.
Whenever roleplay or forum theatre forms a part of our delivery, Gillie works closely with the client to understand the true values and behaviours which reflect the organisational culture. From this point, powerful scripts and scenarios can be developed which allow individuals to practice and hone their interpersonal skills in a safe but challenging environment. Much of this work has a focus on behavioural competencies and performance management, although Gillie and her team also offer bespoke workshops in influencing skills and non-verbal communication, as well as speaking and presenting with impact.
