Chris Cotton
Chris is a partner in AXIS and co-founder of our sister company, Training In Action Ltd. Chris worked for a number of years as a Chartered Engineer before gaining an MBA at Cranfield and then embarking on a second career in business consultancy. The move into organisational development was a natural progression towards a more people orientated career.
Since establishing AXIS in 1989, Chris has worked at board level with many of our public and private sector clients, where he has a direct involvement in service delivery as well as acting as key account manager with ultimate responsibility for quality.
