AXIS is able to design and deliver programmes covering the whole spectrum of management skills development.

Typically our consultants will work with Training Managers to identify needs and establish key objectives, recognising and responding to the strategic context in which the course is being run.

Frequently, management skills development takes place within a Competency Framework. Where this approach is preferred, AXIS is able to help organisations to develop the framework, through focus groups and benchmarking with other organisations. A 360 Feedback process may be developed alongside the competency framework to help identify development needs and where such an integrated approach is used AXIS is then able to offer Development Centres to help managers gain maximum benefit from the process.

AXIS has experience in using a wide range of learning processes, including Theatre Workshops where an in-house team of actors provide a live medium for exploring both competencies and underpinning values, helping managers to transfer the learning into practical, work focussed behaviour.
